Number Six, never that we get to learn his real name, is not going to cooperate. Almost every episode Number Six encounters a new Number Two who sets out to manipulate and outwit him for just one reason: why he resigned from duty and - even much more - what information there is in his head. Numbers Six escapes but to no avail. His concern is with the mysterious Number One. There is more on linguistic aspects of the German TV and DVD version of THE PRISONER. |
